Fyriou Patisseries have been keeping the taste of traditional Andriot pastry-making alive since 1982. The family's main shop sits in Koumani, just minutes from Chora, and it is where every sweet that carries the Fyriou name is made.

The counter brings together the classic sweets of Andros — amygdalota, kaltsounia with honey, walnut and pine nut, pastitsakia and the refreshing soumada drink — alongside modern cakes, handmade chocolates, chocolate pie and a rich selection of homemade ice cream.
