Description
Agia Aikaterini Beach, also known as Vinji, is a small cove at the end of the road, just below its namesake chapel, with a view over Gyalos in Korthi. Sheltered from the wind and always lively, it draws a crowd, with a tavern among the flowers and trees and an all-day bar beside it.
It is not exactly a beach, yet something pulls people here: children dive from a platform, groups of friends chat on the rocks, a caique slips into Gyalos as another sets off. It is a lively slice of summer worth experiencing.
Leave the car down at Gyalos — the beach is very close and easy to reach.
