Villa Beluga sits in the heart of the traditional settlement of Batsi, just 50 meters from the village's organized beach (Blue Flag awarded). Villa Beluga accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (1 large and 2 smaller) with double beds and comfortable mattresses, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, electric stove-oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer and a complete cookware set. Air-conditioning is fitted throughout, while thermally insulated frames with screens, broadband Wi-Fi and a smart TV complete the amenities.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by an enclosed 300 m² garden with olive trees, fruit trees and a natural lawn: outdoor lounge, swings, outdoor shower and private parking. Beach towels are provided free of charge; the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, electric iron and ironing board.

Right next door is Belugaki Casa, an independent studio for 2 guests with 1 double or 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
