Στásou (Stásou) is a cocktail bar in an alley of Batsi, on Andros. Its name plays on the legendary line 'stásou, mýgdala' (stop, almonds) from the 1968 Greek film Girls in the Sun, a small nod to old Greek cinema and Cycladic summers. Its motto, 'in the alley', is no accident either.

It opens in the evening, around nine, and keeps going until late. The focus is on signature cocktails, made with care, alongside well-chosen music and staff who put you at ease from the first drink.

The bar sits in one of the picturesque alleys of Batsi, with a few tables out in the lane. It is one of the island's new spots, something Andros was missing, and it has already stood out for its atmosphere and its drinks. The mood is welcoming and the space carefully put together, the kind of place you stumble on and want to return to.
