IVEL - Drink & Eat is an all-day cafe in Ormos Korthiou, in the south of Andros. It opens in the morning for coffee and keeps going until late, looking out over the square and the bay of Korthi. The spot is one of the main meeting points in the area, shaded and calm.

Through the day the kitchen turns out crepes, bubble waffles and sweets, along with Dimello coffee and cold drinks. As the hours pass the menu shifts to burgers, club sandwiches, hot dogs and chips, made to order. Portions are good value, something visitors single out in their reviews.

In the evening IVEL becomes a spot for a drink, with cocktails. You can sit out on the square or take anything away, for a morning coffee, an afternoon sweet or an evening drink. It is a fairly new place, having recently marked its first year, and has already become a regular stop for locals and visitors alike.

It sits on the seafront walkway of Korthi, a short distance from the beach.
