The Batsi KEP (Citizens’ Service Centre) is housed in the Batsi Community building, in Batsi, Andros. It serves residents and visitors of western Andros as a decentralised branch of the Andros Municipality KEP (formerly the Municipality of Ydroussa).

It informs citizens about the actions required for handling administrative cases related to public services and provides the full standard set of KEP services:

• Document certification and signature verification
• Issuance of state fees and tax / social-security compliance certificates
• Access to gov.gr services (certificates, sworn declarations, authorisations)
• Application processing to any public-sector authority
