Stylianos Real Estate has been working on Andros since 1999, from an office at Neimporios in Chora. The agency handles property sales, asset management on the island, valuations and financial studies.

Its portfolio covers detached houses and traditional mansions, maisonettes, apartments, building plots and farmland across the island, from Chora and Apoikia to Mesaria. Available properties are published on the agency's own site with photos and descriptions. Through the associations it belongs to, the agency works with buyers from the Greek market and from abroad, many of them looking for a holiday or permanent home on Andros.

Beyond sales, the office manages holiday homes for owners who do not live on Andros year round, and prepares property valuations and appraisals. Its two NAR credentials cover exactly those areas, appraisal on one side and second home management on the other.
